About Kait
With over 7 years of experience, I help individuals with the ‘all-or-nothing’ mindset stop yo-yo dieting, feel confident in their body, and achieve sustainable results. Having struggled with both my weight and disordered eating, I’m passionate about helping men and women break away from the ‘quick fix’ mentality and get results the sustainable way. I believe in the power of eating a balanced diet full of nutritious foods & creating a healthy lifestyle you can stick to for the long haul! In addition to my experience as a dietitian, I am an author of 'How to Eat Like a Normal Person' and corporate wellness speaker.

My approach is warm but direct. I meet you where you are using a blend of nutrition-science, holistic eating practices, and behavior change. You'll receive relentless support and encouragement- I won't let you give up! Your recommendations from me will personalized and tailored to meet your lifestyle.
Your first session with Kait
Because nutrition is so personalized, I'll ask you a ton of questions during our first session to get to know you and understand your ultimate health goals. I want to understand your greatest struggles and roadblocks (so we can overcome them!) as well as your lifestyle. I'll ask you question about your sleep habits, cravings, exercise routine, body image, and more. You'll leave our initial session with at least 1-3 nutrition habits or goals to focus on. To build on this plan, we'll meet again within 1-2 weeks.

I love to live an active lifestyle! You can find me in the gym lifting weights, doing pilates, or exploring central Florida's parks and trails with my fiancé and mini Aussie. I love to cook new recipes (but with a toddler, that's been tricky!) My other interests include watercolor and writing- my book How to Eat Like a Normal Person: A Guide to Overcoming the All-or-Nothing Mindset with Food & Diet is available on Amazon! I am also a professional wellness speaker, and I love to share the POWER of nutrition to organizations, retreats, and teams!
