About Kaitlyn
My name is Kaitlyn Werner, and I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience across Clinical, Community, Corporate and Sports Nutrition. My passion lies in functional nutrition-helping others improve their health from the inside out and empowering clients with the knowledge to use nutrition as a foundation for overall well-being. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and experimenting in the kitchen to come up with new recipes my toddlers will actually eat.
Approach to care
I take a deeply personalized approach to care because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution to health. I take the time to truly learn my clients inside and out- their lifestyle, routines, preferences, challenges and goals- so we can create an approach that fits their real life, not just a plan on paper. I help clients move away from dieting and restriction and instead build body respect, balanced fueling and a nourished relationship with food. My goal is to make nutrition feel simple, supportive and sustainable, not overwhelming or rigid. I focus on real food, realistic habits, and small changes that create long-term results. I want my clients to reach their goals in a way that feels achievable and sustainable for long term-without guilt, extremes, or burnouts.
Your first session with Kaitlyn
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk through your goals, your lifestyle, and what feels most realistic and achievable right now. This isn't about perfection or doing everything at once- it's about creating a starting point that feels doable and supportive. Together we'll identify one to two simple goals to focus on so you don't feel overwhelmed. I believe meaningful progress comes from small, intentional changes that build confidence and momentum over time. This is not a diet, and it's not an overload of information or "homework." You'll leave your first session feeling clear, encouraged, and empowered- with a plan that fits your life and supports your long-term goals in a sustainable way.
