About Kaitlyn

I'm a registered dietitian who recently earned my Master's degree from Michigan State University. I've developed a strong passion for nutrition and its power to improve health and well-being. My goal is to make nutrition feel less complicated and overwhelming. With so much conflicting information about food and health, I enjoy helping you cut through the noise and focus on practical strategies that work for you. I love working one-on-one with people to get to the root of the problem, build sustainable habits, and help you feel more confident in your nutrition.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is rooted in meeting you where you're at and creating realistic, sustainable changes that fit into your everyday life. I provide evidence-based nutrition guidance tailored to your individual needs, with an approach that keeps nutrition practical, achievable, and supportive rather than overwhelming or restrictive. Together, we'll focus on small, realistic goals that support long-term health and build confidence in your food choices. I support clients with improving overall eating habits, building balanced meals, and increasing energy levels, and I also provide medical nutrition therapy for conditions such as PCOS, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and weight management. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered to make nutrition choices that support your health and well-being.

Your first session with Kaitlyn

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we’ll review your medical history and identify one or two short-term goals that feel doable. You don’t need to have answers or a perfect food log, just come as you are. We’ll talk about what’s been working, what’s been frustrating, and together we’ll create clear, practical next steps you can try before our next visit. My aim is to leave you with confidence and an easy starting point, not pressure.
