About Kali
Hi! I’m Kali, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people feel their best through practical, sustainable nutrition. I especially love supporting clients with weight loss and blood sugar management, including diabetes, in ways that are doable, empowering, and effective. I’ve also worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings supporting clients with kidney disease, autoimmune conditions, heart health, and more. On top of that, I bring high-level sports nutrition experience from working with athletes at the University of Washington and the Seattle Seahawks, giving me a unique perspective on fueling performance, recovery, and long-term health. With energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity, I’m here to help you create a plan that fits your lifestyle and leaves you feeling confident and amazing!
