About Kalli
Hi, I'm Kalli- a Registered Dietitian, mom of four and firm believer that nourishing your body shouldn't feel like a battle. For the past 8 years, I've worked closely with women and children, supporting them through all stages of life. Whether you're trying to lose weight in a sustainable way, navigating the ups and downs of pregnancy, adjusting to postpartum or learning how to improve your child's health and well being, I am certain I can help you find a healthy balance. With a background in clinical nutrition and a heart for real-life behavior change, i bring both expertise and empathy to my work. I know what it's like to juggle motherhood, hormones, picky toddlers, health goals and I am here to help you make sense of it all, one realistic step at a time.

My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence, and real-life practicality. I believe that food should nourish your body, support your goals and bring you joy- not guilt or stress. I aim to provide support that is free of judgement and full of grace.
Your first session with Kalli
In your fist session, we will talk about: -Your current eating habits and daily routine -Medical history, lab work (if applicable) and any symptoms or concerns -What's worked (or hasn't) for you in the past -Your goals- big or small- and what you hope to get out of our work together
