About Kameko
Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified International Lactation Consultant who believes that good nutrition should feel clear, doable, and supportive, not rigid or restrictive. I’m passionate about helping people build sustainable, evidence-based habits that fit their real lives. Health conditions, life, and family routines can make eating well, feel complicated, so I break things down into simple, realistic steps that support long-term health. My goal is to translate nutrition recommendations into practical, personalized guidance that feels understandable and genuinely achievable day to day.
Approach to care
My approach to care is supportive, practical, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in rigid meal plans or one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, I take the time to understand your lifestyle, health, preferences, and goals, and together we create simple, realistic steps that help you feel better day to day without stress, restriction, or guilt. I focus on flexible, evidence-informed strategies that fit real life to help you build habits that last. You’ll get guidance that’s simple to follow, flexible, and tailored to your life, whether you’re managing a medical condition, feeding a family, or just trying to feel healthier and more confident with food. My priority is that you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Your first session with Kameko
Your first session is all about getting to know you and understanding what brought you here. We’ll talk about your health history, current habits, lifestyle, and goals so I can learn what matters most to you. There’s no judgment and no pressure just a conversation to help us build a plan that fits your life. We’ll identify one or two realistic steps you can start right away, so you leave feeling supported and confident, not overwhelmed. If you have labs, growth charts, or medical history you’d like to review, we can look at those together. By the end of the appointment, you’ll have a clear idea of your next steps and what our work together will look like moving forward.
