About Kamille
Hi, I'm Kamille! I'm a Registered Dietitian ready to get to know you and your nutritional needs. I completed my Bachelor’s in Nutrition/Dietetics at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a minor in Psychology, followed by my Master of Science Degree and Dietetic Internship in Nutrition at Saint Elizabeth University in Morristown, NJ. I've worked alongside and learned from awesome dietitians and other interdisciplinary professionals across sectors including hospitals, private practice, and academic settings. In my spare time, I like to create Spotify playlists (all different genres), experiment with recipes, and spend time with my family. I am also fluent in Polish.
Approach to care
I do a personal habit assessment (dietary or general habits) by getting to know you! We'll start with an assessment to take a look at your current nutrition and see where we can make some changes- baby steps are key. I'll also hold you accountable, while making sure your goals are ones you can reach (quickly, or in the long run).
Your first session with Kamille
I'll ask you some questions about yourself, let you know that this is a judgment-free zone, and we'll work through an assessment together to get to know your nutrition habits, identifying areas that you are looking to improve.
