Karen Darden, MS, RDN, CEDS-C, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Consultant specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and emotional eating. Inspired by her own recovery, she focuses on understanding the complex relationship people have with food and their bodies. Karen offers Health At Every Size-informed nutrition counseling to adults and adolescents which combines her expertise in nutrition, movement, and psychology. Karen offers compassionate, client-centered support for individuals at any stage of recovery, from chronic dieting to severe and enduring eating disorders.
