About Karen

I am a devoted Registered Dietitian who believes that integrative health is the corner stone for achieving a well-balanced body. For the past 10 years I have aimed to provide the best nutritional knowledge for my clients to attain their best health. I love showing people how food can be their medicine and healer. I demonstrate to my clients how reaching their goals to achieved good health can be done through consistent attainable strategies. I have a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Baruch College. My true passion has been nutrition for many years, so I returned to college and now hold a degree in Bachelor of Health and Nutrition science.

Approach to care

My goal is to give my clients the confidence to choose the foods that will empower them to reach their goals for long term health. Motivating my clients to look at food holistically and seeing that good food can affect many aspects of their lives, it can give them the strength to manage a physical busy day, it can give them focus and clear mind to deal with a mentally hectic day as well. I aim to create a space of non-judgmental but providing them with the proper tools through evidence-based practices to follow for future wellness.

Your first session with Karen

Our first session is getting to know your likes and dislikes. My aim is to give you the ability to make selections of food that will nourish your body. I will show you that the simplest of foods are the most nutritious and the easiest to prepare. Food can be your medicine, and I aim to show that to you. I am here to be your guide in discussing the things that will motivate you to reach your goals to attain a well-balanced, fruitful , healthy well-being.
