About Kari

As a Registered Dietitian with a Doctorate in Nutrition and over 30 years of experience in health and wellness, I am deeply passionate about my work. My expertise lies in working with mood and anxiety disorders, as well as eating disorders, in various care settings. I am dedicated to helping individuals cultivate a positive relationship with food and their bodies through proven nutritional strategies. Providing personalized support, I specialize in women's health, including PCOS and menopause management, Mindful and Intuitive Eating, Binge Eating Disorder, metabolic syndrome, heart health, and nutrition strategies for depression and anxiety.
