Kari is a registered dietitian with 20+ years of experience in a variety of nutrition related fields. Kari understands the challenges of hectic everyday life and the importance of finding time to prioritize self-care and personal health. Kari understands how lifestyle and aging can contribute to weight gain, low energy levels, and common chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and pre-diabetes. Kari is comfortable helping you to manage multiple health concerns.

Your first session with Kari

Kari will create a positive session getting to know you, spending the time to truly listen and fully understand your goals. Finding out what you wish to get out of our nutrition sessions, along with discussing your history; including medical history, medications, supplement use, lifestyle (sleep, exercise/activity, stress management, typical meal/snack intake). We will also discuss a measurable goal to you wish to work towards until our next session.
