About Karin
Hi, Iâm a registered dietitian with a background in clinical nutrition, culinary arts, and a deep passion for womenâs health. With so many trends, conflicting advice, and ârulesâ out there, I know how frustrating and confusing nutrition can feel. My goal is to help you cut through the noise, feel more grounded in your choices, and build habits that actually work for you. I also have a special interest in supporting kids and families in creating positive, balanced relationships with food from the start. I believe that fostering a healthy mindset around food early on can make a lasting impactâand I love being part of that journey.
Approach to care
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in real life. I believe nutrition should feel empoweringânot restrictiveâand that meaningful change happens when things feel doable, not perfect. Whether you're dealing with hormone imbalances, digestive issues, picky eating, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, Iâm here to meet you where you are and help you find what works for you.
Your first session with Karin
We'll have a relaxed, judgment-free conversation about your goals, your health history, and your day-to-day life. From there, weâll build a plan together thatâs realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needsâsomething that truly feels like yours.
