About Karlee
I consider myself your registered dietitian; with a career focused on helping people feel confident and supported in making lasting changes to their health. Over the years, I’ve guided patients through diabetes prevention, weight management with unique expertise in the GLP-1 space, and cardiometabolic care, always focusing on practical, personalized strategies that fit real life. I believe nutrition should feel approachable—not overwhelming—and I work alongside each person to build sustainable habits that improve energy, confidence, and overall well‑being. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, respected, and empowered on your journey toward better health.
Approach to care
My approach to medical nutrition therapy starts with listening and understanding your unique story. I believe meaningful change happens when we combine compassion with clear, evidence‑based guidance, so I balance being a supportive partner with offering the clinical expertise you need to feel confident moving forward. I translate complex guidelines into simple, approachable steps that meet you where you are, helping you build realistic habits that fit your life. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling clear, hopeful, and supported, knowing you have both the tools and encouragement to reach your health goals.
Your first session with Karlee
In our first session, I’ll start with a few structured questions to help you feel comfortable sharing the details that matter most about your health and daily life. From there, we’ll work together to identify one or two realistic goals you can begin right away, even as we continue exploring your background more fully. My priority is to make sure you feel heard and met exactly where you are, while giving you clear steps that build confidence and momentum. After our conversation, I’ll send personalized tools or handouts to support your progress, so you have practical resources to lean on between visits. I always remind patients that everybody is different which means that every body is different; I’m committed to being your partner in finding what works best for your health and happiness long term.
