About Karlee

Karlee has a diverse background spanning various settings. Her career has taken her across acute care, outpatient counseling, long-term care, and specialized areas such as organ transplant and mental health services. Her journey into the field of nutrition began when her dad was diagnosed with colorectal cancer, prompting her family to explore the role of nutrition in every season of life. This inspired her to pursue a career where she could help others navigate similar challenges. She now has a passion for helping others optimize their well-being through nutrition. Today she sees clients across diverse backgrounds and nutritional needs while focusing on improving their quality of life.

Approach to care

Karlee is passionate about empowerment, believing that informed choices about food can profoundly enhance quality of life. Whether guiding patients through dietary modifications for a transplant or supporting individuals managing mental health conditions, she remains committed to promoting health through personalized nutrition strategies. The most important part of a nutritional strategy is individualized care, the client drives the car and the dietitian provides the fuel. During each session, she meets her clients where they are at on their journey and encourages them to set small attainable goals.

Your first session with Karlee

We will start with an introduction to learn more about each other. From there, we will go over your health and nutrition history. We will then set small attainable goal(s) for you to focus on until your follow-up session. I will always end every session with goal-setting to set you up for success moving forward!
