About Karli
What's up! My name is Karli Blakley I'm a registered dietitian with 5+ years of experience. I received my Psychology degree from Ft. Lewis College in 2013 and my Dietetics degree from UNC Greeley in 2018. The combination of my expertise in psychology and nutrition helps me serve my clients in such a unique way because so often the issues underlying our food battles are NOT just about the food (can I get an AMEN?). I have experience working with eating disorders and disordered eating, sports nutrition, clinical nutrition, and weight loss. But my passion for health and wellness has no bounds so all nutrition related issues/concerns are welcome and encouraged to work with me.
Approach to care
