About Kasey
I am a Clinical Dietitian in the Gastroenterology Department at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. I earned my Master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and completed my dietetic internship with a concentration in pediatric nutrition throughout the Philadelphia area. In my role, I provide nutrition care across several specialty clinics, including Intestinal Rehabilitation, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Aerodigestive. I have extensive experience managing complex gastrointestinal conditions, supporting patients with feeding challenges, and providing both inpatient and outpatient nutrition counseling. I also work closely with families on infant nutrition, including growth support, formula or breastmilk management, and introducing solid foods. Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team, I’m dedicated to helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes and supporting families through every stage of nutrition care.
Approach to care
My approach to care is both compassionate and evidence-based. As a GI dietitian, I understand that every child and family faces unique challenges when it comes to nutrition and feeding. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where families feel heard and empowered. My counseling focuses on collaboration—meeting families where they are, addressing medical needs, and developing realistic nutrition strategies that fit their lifestyle. I aim to help individuals build healthy relationships with food while supporting optimal growth, comfort, and overall well-being.
Your first session with Kasey
During our first session, I take time to get to know you and understand your nutrition goals and health background. We’ll talk about your medical history, eating patterns, lifestyle, and any concerns you’d like to address. If your visit is for a child, we’ll also discuss growth, feeding routines, and family preferences. No one knows your child better than you and together, we’ll create a personalized, realistic plan that supports health, comfort, and long-term success. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and confident about the next steps in your nutrition care.

Hobbies
When I’m not working, you can usually find me doing a DIY project at home, or working with animal rescues. I love being creative, staying hands-on, and helping animals find their forever homes. Recently, most of free time is spent watching my daughter discover the world.
