About Kasey
Hi I'm Kasey, a registered dietitian with over seven years of experience in nutrition and fitness. I currently work in acute care, helping patients navigate complex medical conditions, and previously spent two years in long-term care supporting individuals with chronic health needs. Before becoming a dietitian, I worked as a fitness trainer and earned a Fitness Specialist associates degree, along with NASM and ISSA certifications. I'm also a competitive bodybuilder and former marathon runner, so I understand how to fuel the body for performance, recovery and everyday energy. I help clients of all ages and backgrounds create personalized, realistic nutrition plans that fit their lifestyle, help manage health conditions, and achieve goals.

I'm here to partner with you, not lecture you. My style is supportive, realistic, and goal-oriented. I'll meet you where you are, personalize every step, and help you build habits that are achievable and sustainable. You'll always get evidence-based guidance, clear explanations, and a plan that actually fits your lifestyle.
Your first session with Kasey
In our first session, I'll take time to understand your goals, health history, and daily habits so I can get a clear picture of what you need. We'll talk about your current nutrition, medical background, labs (if you have them), lifestyle patterns, and any challenges you've faced so far. From there, I'll create personalized, realistic recommendations that fit your routine-not a restrictive or overwhelming plan. Together, we'll set simple, achievable goals you can start working on right away. You'll also have plenty of time to ask question so you feel comfortable, supported, and confident in your next steps. By the end of the session, you'll leave with a clear, tailored plan and a strong foundation to move toward your health goals.

Hobbies
when I'm not working, I'm probably lifting at the gym, exploring new hiking trails, or hanging out with my pup. I'm also a mom, so staying active and spending quality family time is a big part of my life.
