About Kaslyn
Hi, I'm Kaslyn. I'm a Registered Dietitian with six years of experience. I earned an MS in Dietetics and Nutrition and a Graduate Certificate in Dietetics and Integrative Nutrition. I have a passion for women's health & hormones from fertility to menopause and everything in between. I also have experience working with women on a cancer journey (prevention, treatment or recovery). I’m here to help you build sustainable habits that fit your life. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, family and friends, traveling, coffee dates, NYT games, baking, and taking long walks with a good podcast.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends science with warmth and partnership. I stay grounded in current research while keeping you at the center of every plan. Together we’ll translate evidence into practical steps that fit your day to day, not a rigid regime. Holistic means I consider sleep, stress, mood and relationships as part of nutrition. I aim to educate you so you can make informed choices and feel confident in your path.
Your first session with Kaslyn
Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation about you. We’ll start by reviewing your medical history, current lifestyle, relationship with food, and your goals. We'll talk about short-term goals and how to fit small changes into your week. There is no need to have everything figured out before we meet; think of it as a conversation that helps us plan together. You can expect a nonjudgmental space where we discuss what has and hasn't worked before. By the end, we'll outline 1 to 2 attainable next steps to get you started.
