About Kassy

The foundations of our health are the most basic components of our life that we tend to put off when anything else comes up. Prioritizing yourself is crucial in your health journey to feel your best so that you can do the things you love with the people you love. When working with me we will look at your daily habits that have the biggest impact on your overall health. These include perspective, diet, movement, sleep, and stress levels.Through our work together, I plan to support you while you give yourself the gift of time and care that you deserve. When we feel like the best version of ourselves, we can do more of what we enjoy, be there for the ones we love and live life more fully.

Approach to care

During our sessions together, I will listen to your story about food and health. I will inquire deeply about the future you see for yourself and what would feel most supportive on the path to get there. Along the way, I may discuss different applicable topics like nutrition, sleep, stress, hydration, blood sugar balance, the microbiome, movement, mindfulness and more. I will help lift you up to create the life and health you long for.

Your first session with Kassy

Your first session is an opportunity for me to learn all about you and your story. What brings you here to see a dietitian? What are your goals for nutrition therapy? What symptoms have been coming up for you? Where do you see your self in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years? We will go through your current dietary, movement, stress management, sleep habits and discuss your current mindset. Over the next visits together we will start with addressing basics to then dive deeper into ailments including gut health symptoms, possible hormonal imbalances, your relationship with food and so much more.
