About Kate
I have been registered dietitian for 20 years. I have experience working in clinical settings, providing nutrition care across a wide range of needs. I have worked closely with individuals managing chronic and complex conditions, including diabetes, celiac disease, heart disease, pancreatitis, and GERD. Over the past 4 years I have been working with and supporting individuals with eating disorders.
Approach to care
My approach is compassionate and judgment-free, rooted in evidence-based nutrition without rigid rules or restriction. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are, simplifying nutrition, and creating sustainable habits that support both physical health and overall well-being. I help individuals build confidence around eating by providing personalized, realistic nutrition guidance that fits seamlessly into everyday life. My goal is to help people feel their best, develop a positive relationship with food, and enjoy eating again—without stress or guilt. I believe nutrition should be realistic, flexible, and enjoyable.
