About Kate
Kate has more than 13 years of experience working as a dietitian nutritionist, focusing on diabetes care: type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes; women's health through fertility, pregnancy and post partum; men's fertility, autoimmune health, thyroid conditions, and gut health. Kate brings a deep understanding of nutrition science, genetics, food, emotional/relational health and pairs it with the life skills of cooking and grocery shopping to help support her clients to find true wellness. She is a wife to her husband Blake, a boy mom/twin mom to three boys, and understands the challenges of juggling life and self-care.

Kate believes in a functional, personalized approach to nutrition and works to look deeply into your health and nutrition choices to help you find a mindful, sustainable, and balanced way to eat while supporting your health goals. She enjoys utilizing technology and humor to help support her clients on their journey.

Kate is an empathetic, caring listener who enjoys cultivating a partnership with her clients to better understand their challenges and goals towards wellness and a more positive relationship with food. Kate will take time to learn about your health history, your relationship with food and what you desire for your future. She loves to educate clients on understanding why balanced nutrition is important and loves to talk about the science if you want. She will provide thoughts and insight into next best steps as you work together to accomplish your goals.

In her limited spare time, she is a passionate reader of many genres; loves to cook and bake; grocery shopping might be her favorite type of shopping.
