About Kate
Hi I'm Kate (She/her), I am a Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. I help people improve their relationship with food and their body image. So much of what we’ve been taught about food and our bodies is rooted in systems designed to benefit from our self-doubt. I can help you untangle the conflicting messages that often leave us feeling confused, exhausted, unmotivated and guilty. Approach to care
For those who’ve spent years cycling through diets, following the rules, and still feeling stuck or out of control around food, I am here to support you. Following the rules can disconnect people from their bodies and often leads to disordered eating, even when it’s framed as “healthy.” I help people with emotional eating, stress eating and finding a healthy balance. With research backed approaches like weight-inclusive care, intuitive eating, and Health at Every Size, can help break the dieting cycle and into a more trusting, sustainable relationship with food and your body image.

FOR PEOPLE WITH DIABETES I can help you to find a balance without feeling overwhelmed FOR PEOPLE WITH ADHD we can use our call to make or eat a meal, do an online grocery shopping and meal plan for the week FOR PEOPLE FRUSTRATED WITH THEIR WEIGHT and trying to follow all the rules, I can help you find peace with food and your body and learn how to respect your body without forcing "healthy" habits or cycling on and off track FOR WOMEN IN MENOPAUSE Research shows weight gain in menopause is protective not harmful as often portrayed. I can help you respect your body FOR PICKY EATING AND ARFID I can help you find ease, nourish yourself with safe foods and expand as choices as it's comfortable FOR PEOPLE WITH EATING DISORDERS I am most skilled at recognizing behaviors and recovery. Nourish requires you have a therapist. I am happy to be a part of your team.
