Kate is a Registered Dietitian with more than 19 years of experience working in the clinical, outpatient and group education settings. She is driven by a strong passion for nurturing overall health and vitality through evidence-based nutrition guidelines. Kate's specialized expertise is rooted in her empathetic approach, active listening skills, and non-judgmental demeanor, all centered around prioritizing the patient's wishes and needs.
