About Kate
Hi there, I’m Kate! I’m your one stop shop to living a healthier and fuller life, whatever that may look like for you. I have been working in private practice as a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years helping people achieve their health goals and more importantly helping them feel their best each day. In addition to my expertise in building better nutrition habits, my role as a certified personal trainer also allows me to recommend and ensure you are exercising in the most effective way for your body and your lifestyle. And since most wellness goals aren't achieve through nutrition and exercise alone, over the years I have become an expert in sleep and stress management, which play an extremely large role in achieving most wellness goals. I love working with people one-on-one and putting all the puzzle pieces together to help you feel whole and allow you to lead a healthier lifestyle with zero deprivation!

In your first nutrition session, we’ll dive into your goals, eating and exercise habits, lifestyle, and any challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your needs and routine that we will follow up and mold in the weeks to come. I meet you where you are at! This is your time to share, ask questions, and leave with practical steps to start your journey toward feeling better each and every day!
