About Katelyn

Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition should feel realistic, flexible, and supportive — not overwhelming or restrictive. I help clients build a healthier relationship with food while creating habits that fit their lifestyle and goals. I also have a background in fitness and personal training, which allows me to take a well-rounded approach to wellness. I enjoy working with active individuals as well as those looking to build an overall healthier lifestyle, whether that means improving energy, supporting performance, or feeling better day to day. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide practical, judgment-free guidance that supports long-term change and balance.

Approach to care

I take a food-freedom, balance-focused approach to nutrition while actively supporting you in reaching your personal goals. I don’t believe in strict rules, elimination diets, or “all-or-nothing” thinking. Instead, we focus on building sustainable habits that support both your physical and mental well-being. My approach emphasizes developing a positive relationship with food, creating balance and flexibility in eating habits, supporting overall wellness while making progress toward your goals, and setting realistic, achievable strategies that fit your lifestyle Together, we’ll work on practical, personalized changes that help you feel confident in your choices and move you closer to your goals — without sacrificing enjoyment or quality of life.

Your first session with Katelyn

Your first session is all about getting to know each other in a low-stress, judgment-free environment. There’s no pressure to be “perfect” or have everything figured out. We’ll talk about your goals and what brought you to nutrition counseling, your current eating habits/lifestyle/routines, any challenges or concerns you’re experiencing, and what support looks like for you moving forward. Together, we’ll create a starting plan that feels manageable and aligned with your needs. Think of it as a conversation — not a lecture — and a first step toward long-term wellness.
