About Katelyn
Hi, Iâm Katie! Iâm a registered dietitian who helps people heal on a deeper level. I know how discouraging it feels when youâve tried eating healthy, following the rules, or doing all the ârightâ things, yet your body still feels unpredictable, tired, or out of balance. My work goes beyond food lists and surface-level fixes. I look at how your body, your mind, and your emotions are connected. Hormones, the nervous system, nutrition, and stress influence each other every single day, and when one piece is off, you feel it everywhere â in your energy, your mood, your digestion, even in how safe you feel in your own skin. My greatest joy is helping clients untangle that web so their health no longer feels like a battle but something clear, supportive, and sustainable.
Approach to care
Iâm not here to hand you a quick fix or a cookie-cutter plan. If it were as simple as eating more salads, you wouldnât be here. What makes my work different is how I bring nutrition science together with nervous system support and mindset tools. Because food is powerful, but itâs not the whole story. Together weâll look at the full picture: your energy, your symptoms, your routines, and your relationship with food and your body. My approach is compassionate, realistic, and deeply human. Youâll feel seen and supported, but youâll also walk away with tools that help you feel steady, confident, and capable outside of our sessions.
Your first session with Katelyn
The first session is your chance to tell your story. Weâll talk about whatâs been going on in your body, what your days look like, what youâve already tried, and what you truly want for yourself. Iâll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and start connecting the dots between how you feel and what your body needs. Youâll leave with clarity, a simple plan for your next steps, and the reassurance that you donât have to figure this out alone anymore.
