About Katelyn
Katelyn has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for over ten years and specializes in treating individuals with severe eating and feeding disorders. Katelyn also has experience working with clients on the variety of other nutrition concerns listed. Katelyn assists clients in meal planning while providing them with encouragement and education on nutrition practices that support a healthy lifestyle. Katelyn is passionate about guiding her clients as they develop the skills needed to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. Katelyn obtained her BS in Nutritional Science from Penn State University and her MS in Nutrition & RD credential from University at Buffalo, SUNY.
Approach to care
Itβs no secret that food is fuel for your body and ultimately impacts the way you feel. My goal is to help you develop the tools you need to choose foods that will give you energy to live vibrantly. First, I will take your individual needs into consideration. Then, we can work together to develop a plan for you to create lasting healthy habits. These are the lifestyle changes you WANT to make and will continue when you FEEL the difference.
Your first session with Katelyn
During our first session, I will get to know you and your current lifestyle habits. We will explore your goals and discuss realistic ways to achieve them. Then, we'll make a plan for action and schedule a follow up appointment to provide you with support and accountability.
