About Katelyn
Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a registered dietitian who believes that nutrition should be practical, personalized, and empowering. My goal is to help you find a way of eating that supports your health and actually fits your life - no guilt required. Whether you’re managing diabetes, lowering cholesterol, or simply trying to feel more energetic and improve your overall health, I’ll meet you where you are and help you make meaningful progress step by step. I especially enjoy helping people who feel “stuck” with their health rediscover hope and confidence through sustainable changes. Food should work for you, not against you - and I’m here to make that possible.
Approach to care
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I focus on understanding your lifestyle, preferences, and challenges so we can create a plan that feels realistic and empowering, not overwhelming. I use evidence-based strategies and a whole-person perspective to address the root causes of health concerns - from blood sugar and weight management to energy, mood, and sleep. I see nutrition as more than numbers or rules - it’s about creating a positive, flexible relationship with food that supports long-term well-being.
Your first session with Katelyn
Your first session is all about you. We’ll talk about your goals, daily routines, medical history, and what’s been working (or not working) so far. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a sense of direction - not a list of restrictions. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and motivated to take the next achievable step toward better health.
