About Katelyn

Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a Registered Dietitian who believes that nutrition should be practical, personalized, and empowering. Food should work for you, not against you - and I’m here to make that possible. If you’ve felt stuck with your nutrition or health, I help people rediscover hope and confidence through simple, sustainable changes. We may be a great fit if you want to: - Feel confident about long-term weight management - without extreme diets - Lower or stabilize blood sugars - Improve PCOS symptoms - Support heart health (cholesterol, blood pressure, triglycerides) - Improve kidney, liver, eye, or nerve health - Eat more plant-forward without feeling restricted - Boost your energy and feel more in control of your choices - Create realistic meal plans that fit your life - Address energy, sleep, stress, and activity as part of a whole-person approach

Approach to care

My clients tend to thrive with me if they’re looking for: - A supportive, nonjudgmental approach - Guidance that focuses on real-life habits, not perfection - Flexible strategies instead of strict rules - Long-term solutions rather than “quick fixes” - A balanced approach; not ultra-low-carb or tracking every bite Many of my patients are working to improve their blood sugar, hormones, heart health, or weight, and I am able to bring a powerful combination of both my experience as a Diabetes Educator and my plant-forward training from Loma Linda University into the work we do together. Together, we can build you a flexible, sustainable pattern that fits your goals, your preferences, and your real life.

Your first session with Katelyn

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I take time to understand your lifestyle, routines, challenges, and goals so we can build a plan that feels realistic and empowering - not overwhelming or rigid. I believe nutrition is about more than numbers; it’s about creating a positive, confident relationship with food that supports your whole-person well-being. Your first session (and every session) is all about you. We’ll talk through your health history, your current routine, and what you want to achieve. You’ll leave with clear next steps - not a list of restrictions - and a renewed sense of direction and hope. If you’re ready for a supportive plan that finally feels doable, I’d love to work with you.
