About Katelynn

I am passionate about helping adults and adolescents heal their relationship with food and their bodies in a supportive environment so that they can reach various health goals ranging from finding food freedom to the prevention of chronic disease. I have experience counseling patients on wide variety of nutrition related topics like eating disorders, heart disease, cancer and chronic kidney disease.

My approach to nutrition counseling is evidenced-based and non-judgmental. I strive to create a safe environment for my clients so that they can be open and honest in session. I hope to show you that all foods fit and make nutrition something that is easy to understand.

Education

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I then completed my Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance at Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Hobbies

In my free time I like to spend time with my dog and cat, read a good book and try out new recipes.
