Katelynn is a Southern California-based registered dietitian dedicated to supporting your relationship with food and your body. She has experience working at multiple levels of care for adolescents and adults in eating disorder recovery, infant and toddler nutrition, and chronic disease management. Katelynn is a lover of food, nutrition, dogs, and providing a safe and non-judgement space for you to heal.

Katelynn practices a weight-inclusive, non-diet, Health At Every Size approach. She helps clients explore their relationship with food and their body while using intuitive eating principles and gentle nutrition. Katelynn is passionate about helping you find practical ways to support your goals while empowering you to make your own choices. She prefers getting to know the whole person and uses a balance of humor and compassion.

Katelynn likes to spend the first session really getting to know patients. Everyone is different, and getting to know you allows Katelynn to work in ways that make YOU feel most confident and supported.
