Hey there! I am Katie, a registered and licensed dietitian with 20 years experience treating clients with a variety of nutritional concerns. My primary specialty is eating disorders, body image, and weight management. Other areas of practice include diabetes, gut health, heart health, plant-based diets, and family nutrition.

Approach to care

I believe that "all foods fit" and there is no such thing as "good" and "bad" foods. I feel that nutrition should enhance your life. I like to provide realistic nutrition education and incorporate small sustainable changes that can make a huge difference.

Your first session with Katharine

I will get to know you in an exploratory session by asking questions about your current lifestyle. We will begin to form a plan together, including your own personal goals. I will provide you with guidance, education, support and accountability.
