Katherine works to actively listen to her clients and aims to understand their specific needs, goals, and challenges in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
Approach to care
Katherine's approach to care is to understand where the client is coming from and attempt to make the changes to their lifestyle feel less challenging. Katherine believes in maintaining a non-judgmental atmosphere, where individuals feel comfortable discussing their dietary habits without fear of criticism or shame. Katherine aims to help clients understand the "why" behind recommendations using evidence-based information and combines that with an individualized approach. She strives to meet clients where they are in their health journey, getting to the root of their challenges, so that she and her clients can work together toward their goals.

Your first session will be a getting to know "YOU" visit! It will include a nutrition assessment, inquiring about medical history and current health and lifestyle habits.
