Whether you’re managing a GI condition, optimizing performance, or building healthier habits, we’ll work together to set clear, realistic goals and create a personalized plan that fits your life.

In your first session, we’ll get to know each other, clarify your nutrition goals, and build your nutrition plan. You’ll leave with 1–3 achievable action steps tailored to your priorities—plus a clear path forward. We'll focus on progress, not perfection, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
