About Katherine

Hi, I'm Katherine! I’m a registered dietitian with more than a decade of experience, and I’ve been supporting patients through telehealth since 2021. I’ve had the privilege of working with people across the country—those in busy cities and small rural communities, dedicated home cooks as well as and folks who rely on meals out. No matter your lifestyle, I believe nutrition should feel realistic and sustainable. It’s never all-or-nothing— there is always a manageable change that can make a meaningful difference. My primary specialty is kidney disease and related conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes. I also frequently work with patients who are managing heart disease or heart failure. Additionally, I have a strong interest in women’s health, including PCOS, fertility nutrition, and weight management support for those using GLP-1 medications. My goal is to help you find answers and feel informed, supported, and confident in taking the next step toward better health.

Approach to care

My approach to care is patient-centered, practical, and sustainable. I provide science-based recommendations, but I always ground our plan in your lived experience. If you’ve noticed that certain eating patterns help you feel better or have more energy, that’s valuable information—we’ll build on what already works for you. Together, we’ll develop strategies and goals that feel realistic, supportive, and aligned with your lifestyle.
