About Katherine
Hi, I’m Renee — a passionate dietitian who believes that food is so much more than fuel. It’s connection, comfort, and one of the most powerful tools we have to support health and happiness. My journey into nutrition began with a deep curiosity about how what we eat shapes how we feel — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, helping them cut through confusion, rebuild a healthy relationship with food, and find joy in nourishing themselves without restriction or guilt.

I take an evidence-based, compassionate approach to nutrition, focusing on realistic and sustainable changes that fit each person’s lifestyle. Whether I’m supporting someone through a health condition, guiding them toward balanced eating, or helping them feel confident in their food choices, my goal is always the same: to make nutrition simple, supportive, and empowering. I truly believe that small, consistent steps can lead to lasting change — and I’m here to help make that journey a positive one.
Your first session with Katherine
In your first session, we will review your medical history and previous experiences with dieting and nutrition, discuss your health goals, and take a look at your current nutrition habits. Together we will create a plan that best works for you and set some short term goals to get you started on your path towards success.
