About Katherine
Hi, I’m a dietitian with a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Florida State University and over 13 years of experience supporting people on their health journeys. My passion is creating a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and supported when it comes to food and nutrition. My goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence to make choices that support both your health and your happiness.
Approach to care
I believe food should be enjoyed — not feared, overcomplicated, or turned into a never-ending math problem. My goal is for us to sort through the nutrition noise together. Instead of strict rules or “eat this, never that,” I focus on realistic strategies that fit your actual life (yes, even if that life includes pizza on Fridays). At the end of the day, I want you to feel confident, cared for, and maybe even laugh a little while we work toward your goals.
Your first session with Katherine
Your first session is about getting to know you- not about a strict diet plan. We will go through your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and health goals. Together we will identify what matters most to you. We will create realistic personalized goals that feel achievable and sustainable.
