About Katherine

I am a registered dietitian with a passion for exploring new places, discovering fresh recipes, and finding enjoyable ways to move my body. Whether I’m hiking in the mountains, doing at-home workouts, or experimenting in the kitchen, I bring this same spirit of curiosity and balance into my work with patients. My aim centers on helping individuals find what truly works for their current lifestyle and goals—whether that includes creative home-cooked meals or convenient, realistic options. I love developing recipes that are both nourishing and enjoyable, and I strive to help patients build meals that support lasting lifestyle changes without sacrificing flavor or satisfaction. I believe food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared or stressed over. My goal is to reduce the pressure around mealtimes and empower patients to cultivate a healthier, more joyful relationship with food and their overall well-being.

Approach to care

I am dedicated to helping individuals build a strong, practical understanding of nutrition through evidence-based practice. In my work, I partner with clients to create attainable, sustainable goals tailored to their unique needs and health priorities. While I am especially passionate about women’s health, I take a personalized approach with every client, recognizing that nutrition is never a one-size-fits-all journey. My mission is to guide and empower others through step-by-step, realistic strategies that support long-term well-being and lasting results.

Your first session with Katherine

Your first session will be mostly involve getting to know each other. It is a chance for us to discuss your goals, lifestyle, medical history, eating habits, and and barriers. Your sessions will always be a judgement free zone and you can always share just what you’re comfortable with without any pressure. The first session will typically last about 60 minutes. Keeping a list of your current medications, recent lab work, or even a food journal can be helpful information for the first session, however, no worries if you do not have it available or prepared. In this appointment you can just come as you are and we can develop a plan together. After the first session we will continue to follow-up to build off of what we started in the first appointment. I will always be available to provide support if needed and we can always make adjusts, tns as we go.
