About Katherine

Hi, I’m Katie Regan, a registered dietitian and lifelong athlete passionate about helping active individuals fuel their bodies without guilt or confusion. My own journey as an athlete taught me how easy it is to fall into the trap of underfueling, food fear, and burnout—and how freeing it is to finally nourish yourself fully. Now, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, whether that means fueling for sport, supporting hormones, or healing from years of dieting. You’ll often find me hiking with my Australian Shepherd, exploring local coffee shops, or scheming up my next travel plans.

Approach to care

I take a compassionate, practical, and non-diet approach to nutrition. My goal is to help you build sustainable habits that support your health, energy, and goals—without obsession or overwhelm. Whether we’re talking fueling strategies, hormone balance, or untangling diet culture beliefs, I meet you where you are and help you take the next step forward. Rather than just telling you what to eat, I’ll teach you how to fuel your body in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. My hope is that you leave our work together feeling confident in your choices—able to nourish yourself with clarity, not confusion.

Think of our first session as a deep dive into you—your goals, your routine, your struggles with food, and what feeling your best actually looks like. We’ll chat through your health history, training (if relevant), what’s been holding you back, and what you’re hoping to change. No judgment, no nutrition quizzes, just real conversation so we can build a plan that works for your life, not someone else’s. You'll leave with a few clear next steps to start fueling your body with more clarity and less stress. And don’t worry, we’ll celebrate the wins (big or small) along the way!
