Hi, Iâm Kathianne, and while I may be new to Nourish, I am certainly not new to helping people thrive. For over 25 years, I've worked as a dietitian and health coach, guiding individuals to build a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food. I see food as a powerful act of self-care, rather than a just sum of calories and macros. I am a lifelong learner deeply focused on the psychology of eating and behavior change. I understand that making new habits stick can be difficult, and I've spent my career developing sustainable strategies to guide and support you through those challenges. Whatever your goalâfrom feeling more confident in your daily food choices to effectively managing conditions like high blood pressure or high cholesterolâyou can count on me for personalized, results-driven guidance.

As your Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I focus on teaching you sustainable, life-changing skills: tuning into your internal cues of hunger and fullness, practicing gentle nutrition, and cultivating body respect and joyful movement. We'll also build healthy ways to cope with emotions that don't involve food. This approach is proven, backed by over 170 research studies that show improvements in both health outcomes and quality of life. I practice a whole-person approach that addresses every factor impacting your well-being. With extensive training in stress management and behavior change, plus my 13 years as a former personal trainer, I offer comprehensive support that goes beyond eating. When we work together, youâll be in a supportive environment free from judgment. In your first session, weâll spend time getting to know each other, exploring your goals, history, stress levels, habits, and challenges.
