About Kathleen

Hello! My name is Kathleen, and after more than 25 years of practicing and gaining expertise as a Registered Dietitian, I am just as passionate as the day I saw my first patient. I am a highly knowledgeable and experienced dietitian who genuinely listens to your concerns and goals. I love being a dietitian and truly believe my purpose is to help people find their way to a healthier version of themselves. This often leads to improved quality of life, empowerment, and greater self-love. I genuinely have your best interests in mind, and I will give my all to support, advise, educate, and cheer you on to success.

Approach to care

Our journey together will be compassionate, nonjudgmental, and educational. I stay current with the latest research and evidence-based nutrition and behavioral practices. Because you are unique, you can expect a personalized approach that works specifically for you. I like to begin with a whole-body, mindful approach. The mind and body are more powerful when working together, resulting in a healthier, more enjoyable journey and long-lasting success. Honesty and trust are the cornerstones of my practice, and you can expect both from me. I am an open-minded, positive person and a creative problem solver. We will collaborate as a team and celebrate every achievement along the way!

Your first session with Kathleen

Welcome! Our journey together begins with establishing a strong, trusting, and honest relationship. During our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and discussing your health and nutrition goals. This is your time, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. We'll start with an initial nutrition assessment, where you'll have the opportunity to share more about your goals, challenges, and timeline. You can ask any questions you may have, and we'll work together to set realistic and achievable objectives. Remember, this is your journey, and we will proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I can't wait to meet you and begin this exciting journey towards a healthier you!

Hobbies

I love spending time with my loved ones. We make a point to get together twice a month for activities like making dinner, gardening, hiking, and playing wiffle ball. Game Night always proves to be a hilarious way to de-stress and reminds us of what is most important in life. Outside of work and family, I enjoy playing team tennis, scuba diving, and learning about the insights of history's great minds. I strive to be the best version of myself and am dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals and feel your best, too!
