About Kathleen
Hello, My name is Kathleen Bachman. I am a Registered and Licensed dietitian and a Certified Practitioner through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. After struggling with some personal health issues, I sought the guidance of a dietitian and began making long-lasting dietary changes. I was absolutely amazed to find how much nutrition impacted both my mental and physical health. It was then that I decided to pursue a degree in dietetics to help others.
Approach to care
I believe that nutrition should be personalized to each individual and used to establish a healthy lifestyle for optimal wellness. I support a whole-foods, fiber and protein rich, balanced diet. My approach is to create goals, specific to each client's time constraints and budget, for improved long-term health and well being.
Your first session with Kathleen
In a first session, I like to get to know my clients' health history and understand their daily lifestyle so we can establish practical goals together. I will also educate clients on healthy eating and provide tips and tricks for meal planning, and increased movement throughout the day.
