About Kathleen
Hello! I believe nutrition is about more than just food or following the latest diet! Using integrative practices, science, and compassion, I help clients create lasting changes in their health. With a deep respect for evidence-based nutrition and the individuality of each person, I support clients in building balanced, lasting habits that nourish both body and mind.
Approach to care
I blend science with an integrative, whole-person approach to help people feel their best. With compassion and curiosity - and without judgement - I support clients in building realistic habits that support both health and happiness. My approach combines the rigor of nutritional science with a whole-person perspective, recognizing the importance of lifestyle, mindset, and sustainable choices. I am guided by empathy and a collaborative spirit, and empower clients to take control of their health in ways that feel realistic, personalized, and meaningful.
