About Kathleen
Hello, I am Kathleen Law, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a master's degree in nutritional sciences. I hold multiple certifications, including personal training and plant-based nutrition. It is my mission in life to help people feel their best holistically, through nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness. I have worked with people of all ages, including teaching preschool children about fruits & veggies; providing chronic disease & nutrition education, plus cooking demos, to older adults; and currently working in a clinical setting, using medical nutrition therapy with residents at a sub-acute rehab and long-term care facility. I live in New Jersey with my husband and 17 houseplants. I love walks into town and around the promenade to grab coffee, practicing yoga, hikes on local trails, and trying new plant-based restaurants.

My approach to care is patient-focused and evidence-based. I am here to help you with accountability, while we build a strong foundation and work toward creating sustainable changes in your life. I believe in making the healthful choice the simple choice through planning and preparation. I work to help people achieve better health outcomes through gentle nutrition, movement that feels good, and stress-relief & relaxation practices.
Your first session with Kathleen
During your first session, we will get to know each other. The session will include an assessment and goal setting, nutrition education and meal planning, as well as counseling. We will discuss your eating habits and exercise routine, if you have one - it is okay if you do not. If available, pertinent lab results are welcome.
