Hi, I'm Kathleen! I’m a registered dietitian passionate about helping people feel their best and make realistic, lasting changes to their health. I know nutrition advice can be confusing, and finding time for yourself can feel overwhelming — that’s where I come in. My goal is to help you build healthy habits that are simple, practical, and sustainable. I specialize in weight loss, diabetes care, and supporting healthy living — including improving energy, supporting healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels, promoting heart health, and building balanced eating habits. I work with people at all stages of their health journey, and together, we’ll create a plan that fits your unique lifestyle.

Approach to care

I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health. Some people thrive with a structured, step-by-step plan; others prefer a flexible, intuitive approach — and I can guide you in whichever style works best for you. My role is to listen, understand your goals, and provide evidence-based strategies that fit your life.

Your first session with Kathleen

In our first session, we’ll start by talking about what you’d like to achieve from working with a dietitian. If you’re not sure yet, that’s okay — we’ll figure it out together. I’ll take time to understand your current habits, what’s working well, and what feels challenging, so I can get the full picture of your health and lifestyle. From there, we’ll create a plan to move you toward your goals. We’ll identify your big-picture vision and then break it down into small, manageable steps. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling hopeful, motivated, and ready to implement a few changes.
