Hi, I'm Kathleen! I’m a registered dietitian passionate about helping people feel their best and make lasting changes to their health. I know how confusing nutrition advice can be, and I also understand how challenging it can be to find time for yourself while balancing a busy life. That’s why my goal is to help you make healthy changes that are simple, realistic, and sustainable. I specialize in weight management, diabetes care, and supporting general health goals, such as improving energy, managing cholesterol, and building balanced eating habits. I love working with people who have a variety of health goals and needs. No matter where you’re starting from, we’ll work together to create a plan that truly fits your life — and I’m always happy to answer your questions along the way.

I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health.
