About Kathryn
My name is Kathryn but I usually go by Kat. I am a registered dietitian who is passionate for sharing my nutrition knowledge with others to help them live healthier lives. I believe nutrition is very personal and not a "one size fits all" matter. I strive to help others create healthy eating habits that fit their lifestyle and are both sustainable and enjoyable. I also encourage incorporating physical activity to further promote good overall health. I'm also a bit of a foodie and love to share recipes and cooking tips for creating nutritious meals that taste great!
Approach to care
I take a very individualized approach to care. I recognize that everyone has their own specific nutrition needs and goals so what works for one may not work for another. I strive to determine your needs specifically and work with you to develop a plan to meet those needs. I will help you find the balance between your current lifestyle and your nutrition goals so that you can develop daily habits to achieve better health.
Your first session with Kathryn
I want to get to know you. I'll not only take my time to learn your medical and nutrition history but also what your lifestyle is like and what makes you, you. I'll work with you to determine what your nutrition needs and goals are and begin to develop a plan to achieve those goals. My desire is to make you feel comfortable and safe in sharing with me so that we can work together towards your goals.

Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Seton Hill University.
Hobbies
I enjoy baking, cooking, and experimenting with different recipes. I'm also very passionate about physical fitness and enjoy walking, running, and exercising. I coach gymnastics in my free time. I also love gardening and canning.
