About Kathryn
Kathryn is passionate about meeting people where they are in their journey and helping them achieve their nutrition and health goals. She has a wide range of clinical and educational experience in the areas of Heart Health, Weight loss/gain, Diabetes, Functional Health, and Sports Nutrition. Kathryn focuses on explaining the "whys" behind nutrition recommendations and how the body uses nutrients. She believes that when we understand how something works to benefit our bodies, then it is more meaningful to us. Her approach focuses on practical and personalized interventions that can be maintained for a lifetime of optimal health, so you can live your life to the fullest.

Kathryn believes that practical and realistic interventions are key for helping her clients achieve sustainable progress. She uses research-based methods and data to help create an individualized plan that focuses on balance, moderation, and will be sustainable. Health involves more than just food choices, so Kathryn will look at each client holistically.
Your first session with Kathryn
During your first session, Kathryn will gather background information to better understand your history and how to best serve you. She will share research-based information and interventions to enrich your understanding of nutrition's crucial role in your overall health. Together, you will set goals and put a plan in place for being successful in your nutrition journey. Follow up sessions will be scheduled to help with success, accountability, and encouragement with your progress.
