About Kathryn
Hi, I’m Kathryn, a Registered Dietitian (RDN, LDN) based in Atlanta. With two years of experience, I’ve worked in sports nutrition and clinical hospital settings, helping people nourish their bodies while building lasting, enjoyable habits. I earned my BS in Dietetics from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, I love cooking, staying active, and planning trips. I value warmth, curiosity, and real progress.

In my practice I combine evidence-based nutrition with a warm, collaborative approach. We'll explore what success looks like for you and translate science into practical steps you can actually follow. I use a weight-neutral, HAES-informed mindset focused on behaviors and wellbeing rather than quick diets. My holistic view includes sleep, stress, mood, and physical activity as integral parts of health. I also prioritize education so you feel confident making choices that fit your life.
Your first session with Kathryn
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll have a candid conversation about your relationship with food, review your medical history and any recent lab work or biometrics, and set 1 to 2 short-term goals you can start with right away. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out in advance; I’ll meet you where you are and we’ll build a supportive plan together. You’ll leave with clarity and a clear path forward.
