Kathryn focuses on meeting individuals where they are at. The overall goal is creating small habits that will last longterm. She focuses on each individual and their lifestyle as well as likes/dislikes and aids in creating a plan that will work for success. Kathryn focuses on what individuals need more of versus what they cannot have and aids them in feeling in control of their relationship with food.
