About Kathryn
Kathryn earned her Master’s in Nutrition and Food Science before advancing her training through a year-long dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. During this time, she gained extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy, working with patients managing chronic conditions such as heart disease, kidney failure, diabetes, and cancer across diverse age groups. Kathryn continues to work as a clinical dietitian, applying her expertise in a hospital setting. However, her true passion lies in helping individuals beyond the clinical walls—guiding them toward a deeper understanding of nutrition and fostering a healthier, more positive relationship with food.
Approach to care
Kathryn takes a patient-centered, collaborative approach to nutrition, meeting you where you are to create realistic and sustainable goals. She prioritizes evidence-based guidance while maintaining flexibility—focusing on progress rather than rigid plans. Her goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to build a balanced, healthy relationship with food in a way that works for you.
Your first session with Kathryn
In our first session, we’ll take the time to explore your unique story—your experiences, challenges, and goals with food and nutrition. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan with achievable steps that feel right for you. My goal is to help you rediscover the joy of food, embrace flexibility, and find confidence in nourishing yourself in a way that feels both satisfying and practical. You’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered with a clear direction toward a healthier you!
