Patient reviews
āI could not more highly recommend working with Kathryn to dial in your nutrition. I started working with here to fine-tune my nutrition as I trained for the Boston Marathon, and found a huge benefit in making small tweaks to what I was eating and when. Kathryn listened intently, gave recommendations that fit in what what I was eating already (or what foods I liked to fuel with) so it didn't feel like a total overhaul of things, but made a big difference. ā

About Kathryn
My passion for performance nutrition began during my time as a collegiate track & cross-country athlete. Early in my running career, I struggled with conflicting advice about fueling properly. Lacking the knowledge to meet my unique needs led to injuries and poor health, jeopardizing both my athletic performance and long-term health. Iām here to ensure you donāt make the same mistakes countless peopleāincluding myselfāhave made. Iāve worked with athletes from the WNBA, NBA, and MLB to high schoolers, marathoners, and fitness enthusiasts. My goal is to cut through the noise and create personalized strategies that simplify nutritionāwhether youāre aiming to boost performance, manage a chronic condition, or lead a healthier, more balanced life.
Approach to care
I take a whole-person approach to care, considering all aspects of who you areānot just your current health concerns or diagnosis. This enables me to create a personalized nutrition plan that seamlessly fits into your daily life. My approach is built on the belief that true health is achieved not only through addressing immediate needs but also by fostering long-term well-being both in life and in sport. I am dedicated to helping you meet your current goals while equipping you with practical nutrition knowledge and skills that support a healthy, sustainable lifestyle for years to come.
Your first session with Kathryn
In our first session, weāll take time to get to know each other and discuss your current health and performance goals. Iāll ask thoughtful questions to understand your diet, lifestyle, and training habits, which will help me tailor my recommendations to your unique needs. Based on our conversation, Iāll provide education, resources, and actionable recommendations to help you move toward your goals. Within 72 hours, Iāll send a follow-up email detailing your personalized nutrition plan. Before the session ends, weāll schedule your follow-up appointment. Meaningful change takes time, so I recommend committing to at least 3 follow-up sessions to establish a strong foundation for your new habits and ensure long-term success.
