About Kathryn

My passion for performance nutrition began during my time as a collegiate track & cross-country athlete. Early in my running career, I struggled with conflicting advice about fueling properly. Lacking the knowledge to meet my unique needs led to injuries and poor health, jeopardizing both my athletic performance and long-term health. Iā€™m here to ensure you donā€™t make the same mistakes countless peopleā€”including myselfā€”have made. Iā€™ve worked with athletes from the WNBA, NBA, and MLB to high schoolers, marathoners, and fitness enthusiasts. My goal is to cut through the noise and create personalized strategies that simplify nutritionā€”whether youā€™re aiming to boost performance, manage a chronic condition, or lead a healthier, more balanced life.

Approach to care

I take a whole-person approach to care, considering all aspects of who you areā€”not just your current health concerns or diagnosis. This enables me to create a personalized nutrition plan that seamlessly fits into your daily life. My approach is built on the belief that true health is achieved not only through addressing immediate needs but also by fostering long-term well-being both in life and in sport. I am dedicated to helping you meet your current goals while equipping you with practical nutrition knowledge and skills that support a healthy, sustainable lifestyle for years to come.

Your first session with Kathryn

In our first session, weā€™ll take time to get to know each other and discuss your current health and performance goals. Iā€™ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your diet, lifestyle, and training habits, which will help me tailor my recommendations to your unique needs. Based on our conversation, Iā€™ll provide education, resources, and actionable recommendations to help you move toward your goals. Within 72 hours, Iā€™ll send a follow-up email detailing your personalized nutrition plan. Before the session ends, weā€™ll schedule your follow-up appointment. Meaningful change takes time, so I recommend committing to at least 3 follow-up sessions to establish a strong foundation for your new habits and ensure long-term success.
